Lord of the Rings in NJ?
For over a decade, a growing number of people have gathered at a Girl Scout camp in the New Jersey woods to play at being elves, dwarves and goblins for the weekend. The group, called LAIRE, or Live Action Interactive Role-playing Explorers, is one of hundreds devoted to "live-action role-playing," or LARPing.

Hey MossTrooper,
here in good old germany there is a huge weave of live role-playing. Paying a slight fee for membership, meeting at a castle, telling, laughing, playing... I was invited a dozen-times by my students from university but didn´t accept yet. Once started it takes a lot of time. I am a Designer like you and give lessons at university.
How do you know all these german movies? "Adams Äpfel" is great, it´s a danish film - you will like it. I don´t know the english title.
do you write. or just write what you read?
